Why this site exists
GLP-1 medications are expensive, and the way you pay - a self-pay program, insurance, or a savings card - changes the cost dramatically. We built a calculator and a set of sourced, dated guides so you can estimate a realistic yearly cost for your own situation. The site launched on September 16, 2026.
Everything here is free to use and works on any device. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How we keep it accurate
The figures and rules on this site are based on the manufacturer pages (NovoCare, Lilly) and Medicare.gov rather than guesswork. We cite our sources on each page, show an "Updated" date, and re-check the numbers when the rules change. When we find something out of date, we fix it and update the date.
Our tools run entirely in your browser - the numbers you enter are never sent to us. You can read more in our privacy policy.
